Trusttable

A startup whose mission was providing a framework for start-up business enablement, from a crowdfunding platform, dynamic ownership model/cap-table, and governance best practice templates, including comprehensive offerings from co-founder agreements, to intern-performance bonus agreements, and everything in-between. Nik and his partner, Ozzy, got it as far as a POC running as a DApp on the TESTNET Ropsten (ETH) Blockchain and off blockchain.
