I've heard it said that people on the right admire strength, and people on the left admire compassion. Many cite the end of the Cold War as a victory for right-wing and capitalist ideas. These days, the right-wing often vilifies the left for leaning too far left; however, I disagree with this. I believe that changes in the left-wing have actually been directly related to right-wingers, who pretend to be socially conscious liberals while actually sowing confusion. They have succeeded in getting the 99% to fight among ourselves..
