Google Docs voice typing

Google Docs voice typing might be the best voice recognition/dictation software I have used. In the early 2010s, I would sometimes go into a private meeting room in my office and dictate Google Docs using my Android phone. Eventually, I think they took the same voice recognition technology from Android and added it to Google Docs. Ironically, I am dictating this using macOS voice dictation, but that is so I can input it directly. Sometimes, I get frustrated with it and go back to Google Docs to use voice typing, then just copy and paste the text where I need it.

I frequently use the ChatGPT mobile app, which also has voice recognition. Although its natural language processing is better at understanding what I’m saying, I don't think it has surpassed Google Docs in its ability to recognize my speech. The only exception is language switching; I can switch between Japanese and English with the ChatGPT voice recognition, whereas with Google Docs voice typing, I have to select from the pull down menu the language I'm speaking.
