Years ago I started dumping files into a Google Drive folder who's permissions were set to Public, or "Anyone on the internet can find and view ". I think I thought that perhaps some of it might be of benefit to people searching the inter-web, and dragging and dropping it to that folder could be a quick way of publishing it. The problem with that logic is that, unlike YouTube, just sharing publicly on Google Drive is not enough to get it included in the Google search index. The only way to get Google to index it is to actually provide a link to it. Here is the link to that folder:
