In a Stanford talk posted yesterday, Eric Schmidt shared his thoughts on why Google is losing to OpenAI and other startups. He says it's because Google is focusing more on work-life balance rather than startup hustle culture. In Google's defense, it's a $2 trillion company—you just can't expect startup hustle at that scale. But those are my thoughts.
