Daylight Savings Time

Daylight savings time is pretty stupid, well except for places like Maine, where local mean time is stupid and observing daylight savings time is the only time of year where they are close to solar time. Anyway please listen to my theory on why North Americans might find it useful to hold onto this illusion:
